Underground Book Reviews is, at its core, a community. Last year, we transitioned from a small blog to an online magazine, and the move was fueled by you, our readers. During that first year, we asked many of you to explore our “Beta” website and give us feedback. You did, and the responses we got were invaluable.

And since we’re in the business of assigning value to invaluable things (no, a book cannot be reduced to a star rating) we’re here today to hand out some prizes to the most helpful feedback we received in 2015. Congratulations to the following critics:

1) J. W. Davis wins a $100 Amazon Gift Certificate for Overall Most Helpful
2) Leonide Martin wins a $50 Amazon gift certificate for Most Helpful Design Idea
3) Eve Peters wins a $50 Amazon gift certificate for Most Helpful Navigation or UI Suggestion
4) Patrick Ian O’Donnell wins a $50 Amazon gift certificate for Most Helpful Security Concern
5) Michael McLellan, Kim Cresswell, Traci Slatton, Roberto Pinchas and Andy Peloquin each win a Top Pick of their choice for general Glitch Detection

Underground Book Reviews is growing faster than ever, thanks to your valued input (a $250 value, in fact). We still have a lot of work to do, and the road ahead is not paved. But our goal is the same as it always has been: to support indie writers and excite indie readers. The only way to do that is to continue to grow and improve. For that, we need you. In the future, we won’t devalue your input by giving away prizes, but we will always welcome your suggestions, concerns and frustrations. Just contact us. We don’t bite.

Thanks,
-The Underground Team
